Perched on the mountainside, the Auberge du Mont de Gez is a simple and authentic restaurant. We welcome you to a typical Bigorre-style house. Our cuisine is generous and comforting. We use local produce and invite you to settle in by the fireplace when the fire crackles, or on the terrace where the scenery does the rest: between forests, pastures, and sweeping views of the peaks, the panorama is exceptional, overlooking a valley of absolute beauty. At sunset, the spectacle is truly unique!
